fresh spices, and onions, roasted and served with the marinade turned gravy
- Bavarian Ham Our own sugar cured, hickory smoked bone
in ham, baked with a sugar mustard glaze, hand carved, served with Bavarian
mustard
- Chicken Schnitzel Fresh young boneless breast of chicken,
butterflied, dredged in seasoned bread crumbs, pan fried golden brown and
served with parsley and fresh lemon
- Traditional Sausage Buffet Germany's authentic old world sausages;
bratwurst, knockwurst and thuringer simmered in beer and onions, available
in any combination.
